High Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0AZ

Located behind The Old Town Hall and linking the High Street with Queen Street.

Opening times

The Market opens Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm

Become a trader

If you'd like to trade in the newly refurbished Gravesend Borough Market please complete our online form below. The form takes approximately ten minutes to complete.

You can choose between being a temporary trader (running a temporary stall) or being a permanent trader (running a shop unit).

As part of your application you will be asked to provide:

  • your National Insurance Number
  • a copy of your photo ID
  • a copy of your public liability insurance
  • a copy of your Health & Hygiene Certificate (if you are a food producer)
  • a signed copy of the licence agreement (download the file relevant to you below)
    • Temporary Trader Licence Agreement
    • Temporary Street Food Trader Agreement
    • Permanent Trader Licence Agreement
    • Permanent Street Food Trader Agreement

Upon completion of our online form, you will be contacted within three working days with details of how to book in.
