The site has been arranged into a number of broad sections:

Click on a heading and you will be taken to the relevant section. A menu will appear to provide you details of where to find further related information.

To get back to the start page at any time click on our logo at the top of each page. The start page is known as the homepage.

If you can go to another section of the site via a link in the text, the text will be underlined and the mouse pointer will change to a hand. If you click with the mouse on this section of text it will take you to more information on that topic.

Don't worry if you go to the wrong page, you can click on Back on the Buttons bar in your browser. You can do this again and again, until you get back to where you want to be.

Anywhere your pointer looks like a hand rather than an arrow then you can click and go somewhere else on the site.

How do I get back to this site if I leave it?

The address of our site is http://www.gravesham.gov.uk. If you want to come back to this site at any time, you can type in the address in the address bar and then press return on your keyboard. A good idea to save you doing this more than once is to add this page to your favourites (in Internet Explorer click on Favourite > add to favourites > then name the page something that you will remember like "Gravesham BC"). If you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox simply click on the star icon to bookmark a page.

How can I find what I need?

Use the search facility at the top of any page. Type in a word in the box provided and click on the magnifying glass button. This will provide you with a list of links to relevant web pages.
