Shared ownership
Shared ownership homes are offered by our Housing Association partners.
You will buy a share of the property of between 10% and 75% and pay a rent on the remaining percentage share from the Housing Association. You are likely also to pay a service charge for any communal facilities.
Homes available for shared ownership will be advertised individually on Housing Association websites. You will need to apply direct to the Association to see if you are eligible. Most schemes for shared ownership in the Borough will require you to have a local connection to the area.
