Cabinet

The Cabinet is Gravesham's main decision-making body. The council operates a Leader and Cabinet style for the executive with the Cabinet serving as the main decision-making arm of the council.

An Overview Scrutiny Committee, chaired by the Leader of the opposition party, examines decisions made and conducts reviews on matters of local interest.  The Cabinet has six members and, collectively, they make key decisions as part of the council's Forward Plan.

Cllr Mike Snelling is the leader of the Executive.
