Instructions for online applications

The following instructions are supplied to assist you in successfully completing the vacancy application form online and printing the application prior to returning the document to the council.

The application form can be downloaded either from the main vacancies page or from the actual job details page. The downloads section on the right of the page lists the available documents which should be viewed when applying for a post at Gravesham Borough Council.

The application form as an Adobe Acrobat PDF. This offers you the option to; 

• You can print the blank document and complete it in ink.

The application form as a MicroSoft Word document. This offers you the option to; 

• Complete the application online, print and sign.
• You can print the blank document and complete it in ink.

When you are at the stage of completing the application form and intend to complete the form online, we would suggest that you open the document and "save a copy" onto your PC. This will save a blank copy of the application form for you to use whilst you are not connected to the internet.
