Accessible seating

The theatre has a number of facilities available to assist our patrons to enjoy their vist to the Woodville Halls Theatre.

Six wheelchair spaces are available with an adjacent companion's seat in the East Stalls. An electric stair lift in installed in the foyer and an accessible toilet facility is available at the back of the auditorium. Ramped access is also available for bigger scooters/beds etc via the Kent Room or stage doors of the Venue.

Where possible (dependent on contracts) we do offer a ticket concession for wheelchair patrons. An infrared hearing system is available for patrons sat in rows D to P in the stalls.

Assistant dogs are permitted at all shows but we do ask for prior notice.

We are happy to assist with any specific requirements that you may have, please contact our Box office on 01474 33 77 74 or complete the  Accessible Seating form in advance of the show that you are planning to attend.
