There are several ways to make contact with the council from writing a letter to phoning us.

The Customer Contact Centre can deal with all enquiries across the council. It should be your first stop when contacting the council for the first time.

The quickest way to get in touch with us it to telephone the Customer Contact Centre who are able to deal with a range of enquiries on 01474 33 70 00 or you can call the switchboard on 01474 56 44 22 during office hours (9.00am to 5pm).
