Gravesham Borough Council holds 2 Investors in People Awards

Gravesham Borough Council staff and management are proud for achieving the prestigious 'Investors in People' award two times. The council worked hard to attain the accreditation in 1999 and again in 2002.

Tracey Shearman, Personnel Officer and one of the leaders in Gravesham IIP Project Team, says: "This is fantastic, the staff at all levels of our organisation have worked extremely hard and it is wonderful that the IIP Recognition Panel has acknowledged our efforts.  Not only have we a solid basis for future improvement within our working practice which will benefit all staff, but more importantly, members of the community can rest assured that Gravesham Borough Council have staff who are committed to improving the service to the Community."
