New gym equipment at Cascades

State of the art gyms installed

£1.2m new fitness suite at Cascades leisure centre and the refurbished fitness suite at Cygnet are now open.

The splendid new equipment has been installed in a rebuilt gym area at Cascades and in the revamped gym at Cygnet.

Membership packages are now available from £24.95 per month and there is a pay as you go option also.

Membership gives use of: inclusive gyms, aerobic classes, swimming, racket sports and creche.
