Change of address

If you've changed address we can update the electoral register, order you some new bins and update your Council Tax records all at once. Simply fill in our online form and we'll do the rest.

Other changes

If your circumstances have changed you need to tell us as soon as possible as this can affect your benefit claim or council tax bill.

Types of changes that you'll need to tell us about regarding council tax include:

  • A change of name
  • If someone moves in or out of your home
  • If someone living in your home passes away

Types of changes that you'll need to tell us about regarding any benefits you're claiming include:

  • A change of name
  • If someone moves in or out of your home
  • If someone living in your home passes away
  • The dates your child leaves school or starts work
  • Any increase or decrease in you or your partner's income
  • Any change in income for another adult living with you
  • If you or your partner start or stop getting any other benefits
  • Any change to the rent you pay

This is not a complete list of everything that could change, but you'll need to tell us whatever it is.
