2. Our permitted developments

Planning permission has been granted for development for the following sites.

Wilberforce Way

Planning Permission was granted in October 2019 for the Council to deliver one 3-bed house on Land to the West of 16-18 Wilberforce Way.

The site is currently unused brownfield land which has been subject to unauthorised fly tipping.

Land to the rear of Barr Road

Planning Permission was granted in October 2019 for the Council to deliver one 1-bed wheelchair accessible and adaptable bungalow on land to the rear of Barr Road.

The site currently consists of an under used Council garage court.

Arnold Avenue

Planning Permission was granted in September 2020 for the Council to deliver 1 x 1 bed wheelchair accessible and adaptable bungalow.

The site currently consists of 8 garages, only two of which are in use, with the others being hard to let. The site sits within an existing Council housing scheme and is brown field i.e. previously developed land.
