We monitor our housing performance through:

  • Locally set indicators. These are formally adopted into Gravesham's Corporate Plan, (LIs)
  • We also have 31 Management Indicators (MIs & MPIs) which report into the departmental Business Plan.
  • The locally set indicators which are listed below are likely to be of most interest to tenants.
