We monitor our housing performance through:
- Locally set indicators. These are formally adopted into Gravesham's Corporate Plan, (LIs)
- We also have 31 Management Indicators (MIs & MPIs) which report into the departmental Business Plan.
- The locally set indicators which are listed below are likely to be of most interest to tenants.
