Under Part 2A (section 78R(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Gravesham Borough Council has a duty to maintain a Register of contaminated land. The details included in this Register are those prescribed in regulation 13 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Contaminated Land (England) Regulations 2006.
