GCLL Active Now program is bringing you Park Fitness a new and FREE way to start using the beautiful parks in Gravesham as your personal gym!

Designed for all fitness levels, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to engage in invigorating workouts surrounded by nature’s tranquillity. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just beginning your journey, these classes are tailored to help you achieve your goals while enjoying the great outdoors.

Join us for a variety of exercises, our certified instructors will guide you through each session, ensuring you get the most out of your workout while maintaining proper form and safety.

Schedule

  • Wednesday: Yoga, 10 – 11am, St Gregory’s, recreation field, DA12 4JW
  • Wednesdays: Bootcamp, 3 – 4pm, Penn Green Park, Northfleet, DA11 8FH
  • Thursday: Stretch and Tone, 9:45 – 10:45am, Gravesend Promenade, DA12 2BT
  • Fridays: Tai Chi, 11 – 12pm, Woodland Park, Gravesend, DA11 7LY.

Remember to bring your water bottle and a positive attitude.
