Gravesham Business Network brings together new and established business owners to meet, share ideas and make connections.
Gravesham Business Network’s primary goal is to stimulate local business‑to‑business opportunities, encourage collaboration and promote members’ services and special offers.
Event details
Join us at Cyclopark for an evening of networking and to hear from organisations working to improve local health, wellbeing and access to sport. Cyclopark continues to build Gravesend’s reputation on the national and international sporting stage.
The event is open to anyone who is self‑employed, runs a business in Gravesham, is developing a new business idea or wants to engage with the local business community.
AI in Practice: How a local business uses AI daily
Phil Walton from SoftForge will deliver a live demonstration of an AI assistant developed to support day‑to‑day business tasks. The session will show:
- how the tool drafts emails
- how it helps prepare for meetings
- how it supports client research
- how it manages projects
- where human oversight is still needed
This demonstration will highlight practical and affordable ways businesses of all sizes can begin using AI.
Travel and accessibility
Cyclopark offers ample car parking. A local bus service operates nearby, with a short walk to the venue. Cycle parking is also available.
About Cyclopark
Cyclopark is a multi‑activity sports and wellbeing venue set within 49 acres of parkland in Gravesend. Owned by Kent County Council, it opened in 2012 following the relocation of the A2.
Cyclopark is operated by an independent charity under a multi‑year agreement with Kent County Council. Any surplus income is reinvested into the facilities and the charity’s wider community activities.
