3. Leisure centres

Cascades and Cygnet Leisure Centres are managed by Gravesham Community Leisure Limited (GCLL). They offer a wide range of activities and membership packages.

Cascades facilities include:

  • Health suite
  • Cafe
  • Squash courts
  • Sports hall
  • Outside football
  • Children's play park

Cygnet facilities include:

Cascades and Cygnet also offer inclusive activities through the Disability Sportslink programme including:

  • Disability pool sessions and lessons (All ages)
  • Competitive swim squad (Juniors)
  • Thursday Social Club for adults with a learning disability (Ages 16+)
  • Activity sessions for young people with their friends and siblings (Ages 8+)
  • Accessible Inclusive gym equipment at Cygnet and Cascades with qualified instructors (Ages 16+)
  • Sportslink social events (Ages 16+)
  • Rebound Therapy (All ages)
  • Trampolining (All ages)
  • MS exercise class (Adults only)
  • Chair Fit exercise classes (Adults only)
  • Various sports courses and taster sessions (Adults only)

Meopham Fitness and Tennis Centre have a great range of activities for all the family, including a state-of-the-art gym, workout classes, tennis courts and children's sports courses. The centre is managed by Serco on behalf of the Meopham Sports and Leisure Association.

Cyclopark is operated by a charitable trust on behalf of Kent County Council and its partners. Its objectives are to improve education, health and sport. Facilities include the Cyclocircuit, skate park, BMX track, exercise classes and more.
