Invite the Mayor to your event
If you would like the Mayor to come to your event, please complete our online form. The form usually takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
We'll ask you for the following information:
- Organisation details
- Function details (function name and address)
- Start and end time of the event
- Organiser details (name and contact information)
- The dress code
- Required participation from the Mayor
We'll need at least three weeks' notice so make sure you get the details sent to us in plenty of time.
Once submitted, we will then contact you to confirm Mayoral attendance at the event.
