Medway Council is consulting on its revised Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Policy.
The proposed changes can be seen in this table.
Anyone wishing to comment can do so by emailing licensing@gravesham.gov.uk before midnight on Tuesday 13 January 2026.
Any comments relating to specific aspects of the policy should include reference to the associated section and page number.
All responses received before the consultation closes will be taken into consideration.
The approved policy will come into effect on 1 May 2026.
