Extended Visa Scheme

This scheme allows Ukrainian nationals already in the UK on a work, study or visiting visa can apply to extend their current visa or transfer to a different visa scheme.

The Ukraine Family Scheme

This scheme allows immediate and extended family members of British nationals, people settled in the UK, and certain others resident here, to come to the country. Those arriving under the scheme will be granted a visa that lasts three years, giving them certainty and ensuring their future in the country. There is no funding attached to this scheme and it is expected that the family members that already reside in the UK will help support their family arrivals.

Homes for Ukraine

Homes for Ukraine is the UK government's scheme to provide homes for refugees from the conflict in Ukraine.

Find out about the Homes for Ukraine scheme. Individual sponsors will be asked to provide homes or a spare room rent-free for as long as they are able, with a minimum stay of 6 months. In return, they will receive £350 per month. Benefits will not be affected by this payment. Read the sponsorship guidance.
