Gravesham Borough Council is seeking the views of local residents on the services it provides.
The results of council’s resident satisfaction survey will help shape how the authority prioritises its many and varied functions in future years.
Encouraging as many residents as possible to complete the survey, Cllr John Burden, Leader of Gravesham Borough Council, said: “Your views matter to us. Like many local councils, we face challenging times financially and we need to ensure our budget is spent in the most efficient and effective ways.
“It is important to understand that not every public service in the borough is our responsibility. Road maintenance, education, social services, youth services and public transport, for example, are managed by Kent County Council.
“But we have a real desire to ensure we are giving residents what they want. We know we’re not perfect, and by taking part in our survey you can help us improve in the areas we need to.”
