Gravesend town centre

We would like to hear from as many people as possible about their views on and experience of youth-related ASB.

Gravesham’s Community Safety Partnership recognises the negative impact that anti-social behaviour (ASB) can have on people’s quality of life and health, on local businesses and the perceptions that others have of our Borough.

To assist the Partnership in preventing and tackling ASB, Gravesham Council’s Crime and Disorder Scrutiny Committee has agreed to carry out a Topic Review specifically on ASB involving school age young people (up to 18 years). The Topic Review Group is particularly interested in youth-related ASB occurring after school time, in the afternoon and early evening, in Gravesend Town Centre but is also keen to hear if this is a problem within your local neighbourhood.

The Group would like to hear from as many people as possible about their views on and experience of youth-related ASB to build a clearer and better picture of what is happening, where, when and the extent it is affecting local people’s ability to move freely and enjoy what our Town Centre has to offer or access facilities in their local community.

Whatever your age, circumstances or background, feeling safe when you are out and about will matter to you. It also matters to us.

This survey will be used to find out if and how ASB involving young people has or continues to affect you – whether you are new to the area, have lived here for a long time, if you are in Gravesham regularly for work or study or if you visit the Borough in your free time.  Even if you have completed a similar survey before, we would like to hear from you again.

Take part in the youth-related ASB survey.

This survey will close on 17 September and should only take about 10 minutes to complete – thank you.
