We are consulting with residents in order to create a resident engagement strategy for your building.

We want to ensure that we keep you informed and consult you on the things that matter to you relating to the safety of your building.

We want to make sure that you are confident that you will be listened to if you have any concerns and understand from you how and if you want to get more involved in building safety matters.

About the draft strategy

Our draft strategy sets our approach and intention when informing and involving residents in the process of engaging them on matters associated to the management of their building and the process to be followed in the event of an incident or fire in the building.

We have three methods to achieve our commitments which includes the following three strategies.

Listen and communicate

Communicate with all our residents in higher-risk buildings properties in ways that meet their needs, keeping them up to date and well informed and making sure that our residents’ voices are heard and acted upon.

Involve and empower

Involve residents and empower them to play a key role in helping to keep their homes and buildings safe, as part of this we will make sure that residents are aware of their responsibilities.

Evaluate and improve

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and participation so that we can continue to maintain, strengthen and improve our relationship with residents.
