Vehicle nuisance

Gravesham Community Safety Partnership is consulting on a proposed PSPO to tackle nuisance vehicles and e‑scooters. Residents are invited to share their views before 18 January 2026.

Nuisance vehicles and e‑scooters are causing problems in many areas. People have told us they are worried about noise, unsafe riding, and unsafe driving in Gravesham.

To help with this, the Gravesham Community Safety Partnership wants to bring in a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO). This PSPO would give us more ways to deal with these problems and help keep local areas safer.

Before this can happen, we need to hear from you.

Your views will help us decide if the PSPO should be put in place.

Have your say

You can take part by filling in the survey available online and hard copy.

Complete the online survey on our community engagement portal, GoVocal.

The consultation is open until 18 January 2026, 23:59.

If you would like a paper form, you can get one from Reception, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, DA12 1AU. You can also hand your form back to Customer Services there.

If you want a form posted to you, please contact us: community.safetyunit@gravesham.gov.uk or phone 01474 337 328

We want to hear from as many residents as possible. Your views will help us make Gravesham safer for everyone.
