From September 2026, an independent company called Acuity Research & Practice will be carrying out our annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey on behalf of Gravesham Borough Council.
The survey is a requirement of the Regulator of Social Housing and gives tenants the opportunity to tell us what they think about the services we provide, including repairs, safety, neighbourhoods, communication and overall satisfaction with their home and landlord.
Acuity will contact a selection of tenants by telephone and through face-to-face interviews over the coming months. If you are contacted, we would encourage you to take part. Your feedback helps us understand what we are doing well and where we need to improve.
The survey is completely confidential, and the results will be used to help shape and improve housing services for tenants across the borough.
