We have two car park types, pay & display car parks and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) car parks. In our ANPR car parks, you can make an AutoPay account to set up automatic parking payments, so you'll never need to visit a payment machine again.

Signing up for AutoPay is easy, fast and secure. Once you have set up an account and added your vehicle and payment details, payment will be taken directly from your nominated card when you leave the car park, so you’ll never have to visit the payment machine again. You will be sent an email receipt for each transaction.

Which car parks use AutoPay?

  • Rathmore Road ANPR car park

AutoPay can only be used in the above ANPR car parks. This system is not linked to our pay & display car parks, where payment must be made on arrival via the pay & display machines or RingGo. For more information on our car parks, please visit our car park page.

How does it work?

You can sign up to AutoPay via our Parking Portal. You will need a valid email address to register an account. Once your account is activated, you will need your vehicle details and debit/credit card details. Once you have set up an account and added your vehicle and payment details, payment for your parking session will be taken directly from your nominated card when you leave the car park. You will be sent an email receipt for each transaction.

To add, amend or remove vehicles to your account, sign into your account and select the ‘My Account’ dropdown. Select ‘My Vehicles’ to see the vehicles already on your account and to add more vehicles. Adding vehicles here does not automatically add them to your AutoPay. To add the vehicles to your AutoPay, select the ‘AutoPay’ dropdown on the menu and select ‘Add a vehicle to AutoPay’. You can then select and add vehicles from the vehicles you have added to your account. All vehicle changes are managed by the customer via their AutoPay account.

You will be sent a reminder when the debit/credit card on your AutoPay is due to expire. If the card details are not updated before its expiry, payment will have to be made via the alternative payment options in the car park to be able to exit.
