Skills Bootcamps
Run by Kent Adult Education (KAE), Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible training courses lasting up to 16 weeks, designed to help you gain sector-specific skills that are in high demand.
You can join if you are an adults aged 19+ who are employed, unemployed, self-employed or returning to work. You must be a resident of Kent and Medway.
This is open to employers of all sizes, who want to upskill their workforce. Depending on the size of employer, funding may be reduced.
Connect to work
Connect to Work is a voluntary employment support programme launched by the UK Government as part of the Get Britain Working Strategy.
This is open to individuals and employers. If you are an employer and would like to discuss partnering with Connect to Work to meet your recruitment needs, help a disadvantaged person find work and get great support in doing so.
