Service update 24 June 2026
Due to the extreme heat today, we have taken the decision to suspend the refuse and recycling service this afternoon, for the safety of the staff.
There are a few roads where we have not been able to collect (refuse/food). The crews will return in the morning to empty any outstanding bins, so they should be left out for collection.
Thank you for your understanding and support for our crews.
Missed bin?
Bin collections may be missed for different reasons, including contamination or bins not being out before 7am.
After checking your bin day, if you still think we've missed your bin, then please report a missed bin so we can arrange for it to be collected.
