Bank Holiday for the State Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II

All bin collections will be suspended on Monday 19 September due to the national bank holiday for Her Majesty the Queen’s State Funeral. As a result, all bins will be collected a day later than usual next week. Collections will return to normal on Monday 26 September.

In Gravesham, your rubbish is collected one week and your recycling the next week. Your food waste is collected each week.

If you're subscribed to the garden waste collection service, your garden bin or garden sacks are collected once every two weeks on the same day as your recycling.
