How to report a repair
All non-urgent repairs can be requested through our online portal.
Here, you will be able to book and amend visit times as well as check your repairs history and keep track of and update any upcoming appointments.
To submit a request, all we need is your name and address. If you would like to manage an existing booking or view your account you will also need your rent reference number (eg. 90012345B) - you’ll find this on any bill or statement you’ve received from us.
We aim to deal with all less urgent responsive repairs within 28 working days.
