Change name or address

If you’re a Premises Licence holder and have changed your name or address, you’ll need to let us know so we can update the details on your licence. This costs £10.50.

Use our online form to let us know about your change of details. It takes about 5 minutes to complete.

At the end of the form we’ll ask you to pay by credit or debit card, so please have your card details to hand.

If you hold a Premises Licence in your name you must inform us of any changes to your name or address. Failure to notify us of a change in name or address is committing an offence under Section 33(6) of the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale, for example, £500.
