1. Overview

If you have received a pending warrant letter you will need to complete an Income and Expenditure form as we cannot agree an arrangement without it.


If you have received a bill relating to an old address and wish to dispute it this will need to be via our Contact a Recovery Officer form.

If you're having trouble making payments for your bill then there are some things we can do to help. You'll need to contact us as soon as possible so that you don't end up with debt.

We want to help you pay your council tax and we may be able to come to a payment arrangement that you can afford. If you don't let us know that you are having difficulty making regular payments, you may have to pay more money and charges which will have to be paid.

As a first step you'll need to fill in our online Income and Expenditure form so that we can work out what you have coming in and going out each month.

We'll then take a look at what's coming in and out within 28 days and work out with you the best way forward. We'll also check if you're receiving all the benefits you're entitled to.
