6. Check your repair status

Emergency repairs will be dealt with within 24 hours.

We aim to deal with all less urgent responsive repairs within 28 working days.

To check your repairs history and to keep track of and update any upcoming appointments, you can use our online portal. You will just need to enter your address, full name (as it appears on your rent account) and your rent reference number (eg 90012345B) - you will find this on any bill or statement you’ve received from us.
