Street trading

Last updated on: 16-Oct-2020

Street trading is defined as selling or exposing or offering for sale any articles in a street.

This includes any road, footway, beach or other area to which the public have access without payment and a service area.

At this time we do not have any 'consent streets' within the Gravesham area. Street traders will therefore have to find privately owned land and gain the permission from the land owner.

Further information is available from the licensing team by emailing licensing@gravesham.gov.uk.
