4. Shrubs and hedges
Which shrubs and hedges are we responsible for?
- Gravesham Borough Council owned parks and open spaces
- Gravesham Borough Council Housing land, for example St. Patrick's Gardens or Fountain Walk communal garden areas
- Growing in Gravesend and Northfleet Cemeteries
Which shrubs and hedges are we not responsible for?
- Roadside verges or on footways, (these are the responsibility of Kent Highways)
- Parish Council land, (these are the responsibility of the relevant Parish Council)
- Council house gardens, (these are the responsibility of the individual council tenant)
- Private land, (these are the responsibility of the landowner).
