Milton place is a GCIP Partnership (Gravesham Community Investment Partnership) between Gravesham Borough Council and The Hill Group for the development of 61no. apartments for independent living for Social Rent from the Council plus 15 houses for private sale. The scheme will provide much-needed homes in a well-connected location, helping to meet local housing needs.

About the development
The Milton Place development is a major development currently onsite in partnership with The Hill group, delivering 61 apartments for independent living over 55s. The site will also feature vehicle and pedestrian access, amenity space and soft landscaping, car and cycle parking, refuge storage and recycling provision as well as residential homes.
Site Context
The former site comprises an existing Council car park to the west, as well as the former BT depot to the southwest, skatepark to the east, and is surrounded by a mix of residential, commercial, and public amenities and within walking distance of Gravesend’s town centre.
