Rechargeable repairs
We will recover the cost of repairs that need to be carried out that are rechargeable due to damage, neglect, misuse or abuse by tenants, their family, pets or visitors to their property.
There may be accidental damage which tenants could repair themselves, but it may not be possible to do so and ask us to do the repair.
