The Role
We are seeking highly motivated and diligent individuals to join our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across our offices. The successful candidate will require good attention to detail and must be committed to providing a high-quality cleaning service.
You will be required to will work independently and as part of a team to deliver cleaning services across our offices. You will carry out a range of cleaning duties and must be able to operate specialist cleaning equipment and machinery. You will be responsible for conducting periodic deep cleaning tasks and be able to follow cleaning schedules and routines.
You will work closely with the Cleaning Supervisor and Facilities Officer to ensure that the office facilities are fit for use and that any defaults and repairs are reported timely to ensure the necessary repairs are actioned promptly. Potential candidates are likely to have previous cleaning experience and a good understanding of COSHH and Health and Safety.

Essential qualifications/experience
- Previous cleaning experience or experience of working in a similar role.
- A good eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability
- Good time management and organisation skills, ability to prioritise tasks
- Good customer service skills, ability to always demonstrate a friendly and professional manner.
- Good understanding and knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety practices.
- Flexibility to cover additional hours and duties when required (paid overtime)
- Will need on occasions to work unsociable hours (weekends, bank holidays and evenings).
Desirable qualifications/experience
- First Aid qualification
- Ability to drive and a full UK driving license would be advantageous
- Previous experience in using specialist cleaning equipment and machinery.
