- Salary: £24,046 to £24,417 per annum (inclusive of allowances)
- Location: Civic Centre, Gravesend
- Status: Full time, permanent
- Hours: 37 hours per week

The Role
To unlock and lock the public conveniences and carry out a full safety check of the building as part of the opening and closing process. Ensuring any defects and repairs are actioned or escalated in a timely manner.
To complete all necessary tasks to ensure that the public conveniences are fully functioning, cleaned to a high standard, with repair and maintenance issues being dealt with efficiently and effectively.
The post holder will need to be flexible and be able to commit to working a variety of shifts across 7 days a week, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
About you
- A good understanding and practise in COSHH and Health and Safety practices.
- Full clean manual driving license is essential.
- Ability to deal politely and courteously with members of the public.
- To carry out maintenance related tasks including unblocking toilets, replacing lamps, replacing fixtures and fittings and
- cleaning machine work.
- Ensure that the public conveniences are fully functioning, cleaned to a high standard, including the interior and exterior
- of the buildings.
