Our Street Cleaning team work hard to keep streets clean across the borough. There are over 800 bins across the borough which we aim to empty before they are full or overflowing.
To report a litter issue or an overflowing/damaged litter or dog bin, please report using our online form. Ensure you have the location and provide any photos if you have them.
Request a new bin
You can request for a new litter bin to be installed using the online form below.
Once we receive your request, our assessment team will carry out a feasibility study to see if it is possible to install a new bin. We can't guarantee that a new bin will be installed as there may be an alternative solution such as emptying the existing bins more often in the problem area.
