These questions are designed to ensure that our licensed drivers are able to provide their paying customers with the correct change as failure to do so is a primary cause of complaint.
The minimum pass mark for all applicants is 4 out of 5.
An example question is shown below:
A customer's journey costs £16.40. They give you a £10 note and four £2 coins. How much change do you give them?
