Public Notice of the application for the Review of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003
In accordance with the above legislation, Gravesham Borough Council has received a request from the Home Office to review the Premises Licence in respect of Mad in Italy 2, 146 Milton Road, Gravesend.
The grounds for requesting a review are based on the premises being associated with serious crime.
