Report a suspected unlicensed HMO
If you suspect there to be an unlicensed house or flat in multiple occupation (HMO) in Gravesham, you can use our online form to report this.
Tenants living in unlicensed properties may be able to claim up to 12 months’ rent back through a Rent Repayment Order (RRO). Anyone operating HMO’s without a licence are also liable to an unlimited fine if convicted or a financial penalty up to £30,000.
