In a bid to reduce waste paper, we do not provide paper receipts within our Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) car parks, however if you pay at the payment kiosks within the car park (not at the exit), you can obtain a receipt by scanning the QR code presented on screen at the end of the transaction and can then download or email the receipt to yourself.

If you did not obtain a receipt in the car park, you can request a receipt here. Email receipts come from noreply@graveshamparking.co.uk. We aim to supply receipts within five working days.

AutoPay automated receipts

We appreciate that some of our customers like to have a receipt for their payment, whether that be for expenses or just peace of mind. The introduction of our new payment method called Autopay may be the answer to your parking requirements. You can now create an Autopay account to set up automatic parking payments.

Signing up is easy, fast and secure. Once you have set up an account and added your vehicle and payment details, payment for your parking stay will be taken automatically from your nominated bank account when you leave the car park. You’ll never need to visit the payment machine again and a receipt for the stay will be emailed directly to your email inbox.
