We are committed to improving the services we provide to the community.

We use a set of corporate performance measures, which are aligned to our key policy commitments and Corporate Plan, to allow us to effectively analyse our performance to improve how we deliver services.

Updates on our performance are regularly published in Your Borough magazine. Focusing on what ‘You said – we did’ and the impact of our efforts in the community. It is important to show how, in line with resident expectations, we are working towards our ambition of Delivering a Gravesham to be proud of. View the Your Borough publications.

As part of openness and transparency, we report to our Cabinet Committees quarterly, on progress against key performance indicators for each service.

We publish an annual Performance Report, which completes our performance reporting process. Our reports provide performance against the key policy objectives.
