Landlord Focus Group
Together with the council, the Landlord Focus Group offers the viewpoint of the landlord. The group is composed of Gravesham-based residential property owners and managers, including landlords and managing agents.
Landlords can contribute comments on how the Council might better serve them by participating in the Focus Group, which serves as a venue for consultation. It also takes the lead on concepts for the Council's Landlord Events.
The focus group's main goals
- To draw the Council's attention to issues that local private sector landlords and management agents find significant.
- To serve as a channel for discussing relevant issues that any nearby private sector landlord or managing agents bring up.
- To serve as a consultation group for Council-proposed policy changes that may have an impact on the private rental market.
- To assume responsibility for choosing the format and subject matter of the Council's Landlord Forums.
