Request an inspection
Prior to allowing entry clearance into the UK confirmation is required that the proposed accommodation is safe and suitable for human habitation, and that the property will not become statutorily overcrowded with the additional occupant(s) living there. Therefore we will undertake an inspection of the property. The charge for this service is £182.85.

When the inspection is complete you will receive a letter for the immigration authorities. Please note that they will not accept letters that are over 12 weeks old, so please ensure you only request the inspection when you are ready to submit your full application to the relevant authorities.
