If you would like to transfer a vehicle licence from person to person, you are required to fill out our online application. Please note that the new licence holder is the one that is required to fill out the transfer of ownership application. It is also required for the previous owner to fill out our consent form, this will then be needed to be uploaded when you submit the online application form.

A transfer of ownership application costs £42.00.
How do I apply?
Pease note we will ask you for the following, so ensure that you have them to hand:
- Valid Insurance Certificate
- Proof of consent form
- Vehicle Registration Document / Proof of ownership
- Current Vehicle Licence issued by Medway Council/Gravesham Borough Council
