Customer service agents are available from 8:45am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Fax or Minicom

You can fax the council on 01474 33 74 53 or minicom users on 01474 33 76 17

Opening Hours

Civic Centre Offices and Gravesham Gateway:  9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (closed on Bank Holidays.)

Police reception counter: 8 am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm Sunday.

Emergencies - Out Of Hours

The Council maintains a 24 hour response to emergencies through its Lifeline service. Any real emergency which cannot wait until the Council offices are next open should be directed to: 01474 56 44 22

Lifeline will, on your behalf, take further action necessary to inform the appropriate services.
