Nominations are now open for the Gravesham Civic and Community Awards 2024.

2024 marks the Council's 50th Anniversary and is an opportunity to formally bestow the appreciation of the Borough to the many individuals and groups who give their time selflessly and freely to make Gravesham a great place to live, work and visit.

Cllr Lauren Sullivan, Gravesham Borough Council’s Cabinet Member for Community and Leisure, said  “The community awards are an excellent way to recognise and appreciate the contributions of individuals, organisations, and communities. It encourages growth, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, it is always heartwarming to see deserving individuals being acknowledged for their efforts and achievements. “

Nominations close on Thursday 28 March with the awards to be presented at Annual Council and Mayor Making in May.
