Garden waste
We offer a fortnightly collection service of your garden waste for a small fee. There are three options to choose from:
- 240 litre garden bin
- 140 litre garden bin
- Garden sacks
What you should put in your garden bin
- Hedge cuttings
- Cut flowers
- Plants
- Grass cuttings
- Prunings (any branch/twig up to 8cm diameter)
- Leaves
- Weeds
- Dead plants
- Bark and wood waste from a tree
Please note that soil/compost/earth/peat are classed as hardcore and not garden waste. Bins containing soil/compost/earth/peat will not be collected. It is also important to note that flower pots & trays should not be put in brown garden bins, as this is contamination
